Warranty Policy and Sales services:

– Sales, delivery, exchange, and return services:

1 – The customer has the right to return and recover the invoice amount in the event that the team does not come out for delivery within (3) days from the date of issuing the invoice, and the amount will be returned to the customer according to the method of payment and according to the return period required by it. Each payment method has a maximum period of 20 working days from the date of the return request.

2 – The customer has the right to return and recover the value of the invoice created exclusively via the Internet in the event that it is received, provided that it has not been installed and the product is in the original packaging, within the first (7) days from the date of receipt, and it will be returned. The amount is given to the customer according to the payment method and according to the return period required by each payment method, within a maximum period of 20 working days from the date of the return request, knowing that the delivery value will be deducted from the total returned invoice. The amount is 300 riyals.

3 – The customer has the right to return and recover the invoice value within the first day of receiving the product if it is found that there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be treated.

4 – If the customer does not receive the purchased goods within (30) days from the date of issuing the invoice, a fee of (50) riyals will be charged for each additional day of storage, and the customer has no right to claim the same goods after 4 months have passed. The date the invoice was created, and he is only entitled to exchange for the net amount after deducting the storage cost during the storage period.

5 – The customer has the right to replace the purchased goods during the storage period before receipt. Additional storage fees will be deducted, if any. If there is a price difference in favor of the customer, it will be used in the form of purchase vouchers only.

6 – The company provides a delivery and installation service for invoices within the main cities where our branches are located, the total value of which is less than 1,500 riyals, with a fee of 300 riyals, which is a non-refundable value if the invoice is issued. The customer did not receive it.

7 – The company provides a delivery and installation service for invoices outside the main cities where our branches are not located, and whose total value is less than 5,000 riyals, according to the delivery fees approved by the company for each region, which is a non-existent value. Refundable if the invoice is issued and the customer does not receive it.

8 – The company provides delivery and installation service up to the fifth floor only.

9 – The customer will be contacted three days before the agreed upon delivery date in order to confirm the appointment. In the event of no response, the appointment will be canceled and the customer must call the unified number to reschedule the appointment according to availability.

10 – If the customer does not adhere to the pre-agreed delivery time and place after the delivery team leaves, the customer must pay a delivery fee for the second appointment of 300 riyals for the cities where the branches are located. As for external delivery, it will be according to the delivery fees approved by the company for each region.

11 – The customer can request delivery and installation of filter items if he has an invoice that includes delivery.

12 – If the customer refuses to receive the invoice and sign and returns the content of the invoice with the team, a delivery fee will be charged on the alternative invoice.

13 – The customer bears the risks of receiving the goods, if the receipt is made directly from the warehouse or showroom, and the company is not responsible for any damage or shortage of the goods after the items are received by the customer or his representative and signed. On receipt notice.

14 – If the goods are delivered to the customer and he requests to receive them without installation, the company is not responsible for transportation and subsequent installation and is also not responsible for any shortage or damage after the customer or his representative signs the receipt notice.

15 – If the customer refuses to sign the delivery notice, the company is not responsible for any shortage or damage after the team leaves the customer’s home.

16 – The company does not provide spare parts for any damaged or damaged product, even if this is at the customer’s expense.

17 – All services are provided exclusively to the first beneficiary.

– Dismantling, installation and maintenance services:

1 – The company provides a free dismantling, installation, and weighing service, whenever possible, for bedrooms and food containers for a period of 5 years from the date of receipt (without transportation and packaging service).

– Price Guarantee:

1 – The customer has the right to benefit from the offers within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that it is not received. He can recover the price difference in cash if the difference is less than or equal to 1000 riyals. Otherwise, it will be as a voucher. Purchasing only.

2 – If the customer finds the same product and specifications at a lower price from another company, the customer gets a 10% discount from the lower price during the first week from the date of purchase, provided that he does not receive it and submits proof of that.

– Quality Assurance:

1 – The company guarantees (sofa sets) against any manufacturing defects for a period of (one year only) from the date of receipt under normal use not resulting from misuse, noting that the damage is assessed by the company’s specialists. By replacement (one time only for the non-treatable part), then the replacement will be made with the same model if available or another model will be chosen at the same price. 2 – The company guarantees The Factory sofa sets against any manufacturing defects for a period of (one year on the fabric) and for two years on (the wooden frame, sponge, and springs) from the date of receipt under natural use not resulting from misuse, bearing in mind that the damage is assessed by the company’s specialists by replacing it (only once for the part that cannot be treated). Then the replacement is made with the same model if available, or another model with the same type is chosen.The price, if there is a price difference in favor of the customer, will be as a purchase credit.

3 – The company guarantees the (motor) of the electric comfort chairs from any manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of receipt under normal use not resulting from misuse. At that time, the motor will be replaced with a new motor if available. If it is not available, the customer has the right to choose another product if the price of the alternative is higher than the chair to be replaced. The price difference will be paid by the customer, and if the price of the alternative is lower.

4 – The company guarantees the mattresses for a period of 24 months against any manufacturing defects on the springs by replacing them (one time only) under normal use not resulting from misuse, noting that the damage is assessed by Company specialists.

– The warranty does not include the following cases:
