Warranty Policy and Sales services:

– Sales, delivery, exchange, and return services:

  1. The customer has the right to return the product and receive a refund within no more than 3 days from the invoice issuance date for in-store purchases, or 7 days for online store purchases, provided that the delivery team has not been dispatched during this period. The refund will be processed through the original payment method, according to the required duration for each method, and will not exceed 20 working days from the return request date. After this period, the customer is entitled to exchange only, without a refund.

  2. The customer is entitled to return and receive a refund for invoices created exclusively through the online store, provided the product is received without installation and remains in its original packaging, within 7 days from the receipt date. The refund will be processed based on the payment method and will not exceed 20 working days from the return request date. Delivery fees of 300 SAR will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

  3. The customer is entitled to return and receive a refund on the first day of receiving the product if there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.

  4. Refunds are exclusively processed to the account name listed on the invoice.

  5. The customer is required to collect the goods within 15 days from the invoice date if the total purchase value is 6,000 SAR or less, and within 30 days if the value exceeds this amount. If the goods are not collected within the specified period, a storage fee of 50 SAR per additional day will be charged, and these fees must be paid before scheduling a new pickup date. If the storage period exceeds 4 months from the invoice date, the customer forfeits the right to claim the product, and their right will be limited to an exchange based on the net amount after deducting storage costs.

  6. The customer is entitled to exchange purchased goods during the storage period before collection, with additional storage fees deducted if applicable. Any price difference in favor of the customer will be credited as vouchers.

  7. The company provides delivery and installation services for invoices within main cities where branches are located, for orders below 1,500 SAR, with a fee of 300 SAR. This fee is non-refundable if the delivery vehicle is dispatched, and the customer does not collect the items (this excludes gift and clearance offers).

  8. The company provides delivery and installation services for invoices outside main cities where branches are not available, for orders below 5,000 SAR, according to the company’s approved delivery fees for each region. This fee is non-refundable if the delivery vehicle is dispatched, and the customer does not collect the items (this excludes gift and clearance offers).

  9. The company provides delivery and installation services up to the fifth floor only.

  10. The customer will be contacted 3 days prior to the agreed delivery date to confirm the appointment. If no response is received, the appointment will be canceled, and the customer must call the unified number to reschedule based on availability.

  11. If the customer fails to adhere to the agreed delivery time and location after the delivery team is dispatched, an additional delivery fee of 300 SAR will apply for the second appointment within cities with branches. For deliveries outside these cities, the fee will follow the company’s approved delivery rates for each area.

  12. Customers may request delivery and installation of clearance items if the invoice includes eligible delivery items.

  13. If the customer refuses to receive the invoice or cannot receive the product for any reason, a delivery fee will be charged as mentioned in section 11.

  14. The customer assumes the risk of receiving goods directly from the warehouse or store. The company is not responsible for subsequent transport and installation and holds no liability for shortages or damage after the customer or their representative signs the receipt.

  15. If the product is delivered and the customer requests receipt without installation, the company is not responsible for transportation services or any damage or shortage after the customer or their representative signs the receipt.

  16. If the customer refuses to sign the delivery receipt, the company holds no responsibility for any shortage or damage after the team leaves the customer’s premises.

  17. The company does not provide spare parts for any damaged or defective products, even at the customer’s expense.

  18. Please note that each invoice can be delivered to only one location. If you need delivery to more than one address, kindly create a separate order for each location.
  19. All services are exclusively provided to the primary beneficiary.

– Dismantling, installation and maintenance services:

  1. The company provides free dismantling, installation, and alignment services, where possible, for bedrooms and dining rooms for 5 years from the date of receipt (excluding packaging and transportation services).

  2. If the customer fails to adhere to the agreed maintenance appointment after the team is dispatched, the customer must pay a fee of 150 SAR for the next visit.

– Price Guarantee:

  1. The customer is entitled to benefit from promotions within a maximum period of 30 days from the purchase date, provided the product has not been received. The price difference can be refunded in cash if the difference is less than or equal to 1,000 SAR; otherwise, the difference will be issued as a purchase voucher only.

  2. If the customer finds the same product and specifications at a lower price from another company, the customer will receive a 10% discount on the lower price within the first week from the purchase date, provided the product has not been received and the product is available in the other company’s stock with proof presented.

– Quality Assurance:

  1. The company guarantees the fabric (sofa sets) against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt, under normal use and not resulting from misuse. The damage will be assessed by company specialists and replaced (once only for the part that cannot be repaired) during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with the same model if available, or another model of the same price may be selected. If there is a price difference in favor of the customer, it will be credited as a purchase balance.

  2. The company guarantees the wood, foam, and springs of sofa sets against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of receipt, under normal use and not resulting from misuse. The damage will be assessed by company specialists and replaced (once only for the part that cannot be repaired) during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with the same model if available, or another model of the same price may be selected. If there is a price difference in favor of the customer, it will be credited as a purchase balance.

  3. The company guarantees the motor of electric recliner chairs against any manufacturing defects for two years from the date of receipt, under normal use and not resulting from misuse. The motor will be replaced with a new one if available. If not available, the customer is entitled to choose another product. If the replacement product is more expensive, the customer will pay the price difference. If the replacement is less expensive, the remaining amount will be credited as a purchase balance.

  4. The company guarantees mattresses for 24 months against any manufacturing defects in the springs. The mattress will be replaced (once only) during the warranty period under normal use and not resulting from misuse. The damage will be assessed by company specialists.

– The warranty does not include the following cases:

Gift offers, clearance sales, product specification changes by the customer, warranty replacement invoices, damage resulting from misuse or pet consumption, non-dry cleaning of fabrics, discoloration, tearing, stains, unpleasant odors, accessories, chandeliers, glass, leather, lamps, cushions, trims, paint, lounge and recliner sets (excluding electric motors), internal and external metal frames of the product, and outdoor seating.
