ZOD Loyalty Program

  1. Registration & Earning Points
    • All customers are eligible to register for the ZOD Loyalty Program through our showrooms or via our online store.
    • Newly registered customers receive 15,000 points upon sign-up, and an additional 15,000 points on their birthday.
    • Points are awarded at a rate of 5 times the invoice value
      (Example: a purchase of 100 SAR earns 500 points).
    • Points are only granted after the order is delivered. They are not awarded at the time of invoice creation or prior to delivery.
    • The ZOD+ loyalty program is available exclusively to individual customers.
  2. Points Redemption
    • Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 points = 1 SAR.
    • The minimum cart value required for redemption is 1000 SAR.
    • Only one benefit can be used per invoice: either loyalty points or badge-level discount, not both.
    • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Badge Levels & Discounts
    • Silver: Default level upon registration (up to 75,000 points) → Extra 2% discount
    • Gold: 75,001 to 150,000 points → Extra 4% discount
    • Diamond: 150,001 points and above → Extra 6% discount
    • All badge levels follow the same points-earning mechanism.
  4. Returns & Refund Policy
    • If a product that earned points is returned, the equivalent points will be automatically deducted from the customer’s balance.
    • If those points were already redeemed, the monetary value of the used points (100 points = 1 SAR) will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • If the customer’s balance is insufficient, the difference will be deducted from the refund or future invoices.
    • Expired or unused points cannot be restored or compensated.
  5. Warranty Policy
    • Points cannot be earned or used on warranty-related services such as installation, dismantling, or adjustment.
    • Points are not awarded on products covered under extended warranty.
    • If a product is replaced under warranty, new points are awarded only if the customer pays the price difference.
  6. Program Exclusions

    • Delivery services
    • Warranty services
    • Storage charges
    • Points or rewards from another program or company.
  7. Points Validity
    • Points are valid for 2 years from the date they are earned.
    • Expired points are automatically removed from the customer’s account, with prior notification.
  8. General Terms & Conditions
    • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
    • The company may cancel a customer’s membership if misuse or manipulation of the loyalty system is detected.

Special Order | Online Exclusive Policy

  1. Delivery or Collection Period
    • The delivery or collection date for special orders is set within a period not exceeding 90 working days from the contract date.
      This date is considered final and confirmed as stated on the invoice.
  2. Customer Notification Upon Arrival
    • The company will notify the customer immediately once the special order arrives at the designated warehouse or showroom for collection.
      The customer is required to collect the order within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of notification.
  3. Non-Commitment to Delivery Timeline
    • The company will exert its best efforts to ensure that special orders are delivered within the time frame indicated on the invoice.
    • If the supplier exceeds the agreed period due to reasons beyond the company’s control, the customer has the right to cancel the order and refund only the amount paid, with no additional compensation.
  4. Storage Fees in Case of Delay in Collection
    • If the customer fails to collect the order within the specified period without prior coordination, storage fees of 50 SAR per day will apply starting from the 11th day after the arrival notification.
    • These fees must be settled before delivery or collection can proceed.
    • If the delay exceeds 20 days after the 10-day collection window, the company has the right to dispose of or sell the order without any obligation to retain it or compensate the customer.
    • Storage fees and administrative charges will be deducted from any advance payments made by the customer.
  5. Non-Cancellable and Non-Amendable Orders
    • Special orders are custom-made specifically upon the customer’s request. Therefore, once the order is confirmed and the payment or deposit is made, the customer has no right to cancel, amend, refund, or exchange the order, whether fully or partially.This ensures compliance with suppliers’ manufacturing and delivery commitments.
  6. Definition of Special Orders or Online Exclusive
    • “Special Orders or Online Exclusive” refer to products custom-requested by the customer that are not available in ready stock at showrooms or warehouses.

Sofa Delivery Within 48 Working Hours

  1. This offer is available on sofas only, and for our customers in cities where our branches are located, subject to stock availability in the same city’s warehouse. For other cities, delivery takes between 2 to 7 days depending on available time slots.
  2. The delivery team will contact you to provide the exact delivery time.
  3. Delivery is within 48 working hours. Therefore, if you purchase on Thursday, delivery will be rescheduled to Saturday.

Buy More, Save More — From 5% to 35% OFF

  1. Customers receive an additional discount on products added to their invoice as follows:
    • An additional 5% discount on the first product.
    • An additional 10% discount on the second product.
    • An additional 15% discount on the third product.
    • An additional 25% discount on the fourth product.
    • An additional 35% discount on the fifth product.
  2. This discount is applied progressively, such that the lowest additional discount rate is applied to the highest-priced item in the invoice.
  3. Customers are entitled to purchase a maximum of five products per invoice.
  4. The customer is not entitled to receive ZOD+ loyalty discounts or redeem points under this offer.
  5. In the event of returning any product from the invoice, all other products in the same invoice must also be returned. A new invoice can then be issued using the return credit equivalent to the product’s value.

Express Delivery 2 – 7 days

  1. Delivery is made within 48 hours to the cities where our branches are located.
  2. Only for products available in the warehouse.
  3. Products that are not available in our stock, the delivery period is indicated on the product page.
  4. The Delivery Team will contact you to provide actual delivery time.
