Description
There is something satisfying about a piece that lets its materials do the talking, and this sideboard does exactly that. Its case is finished in a cement-look engineered wood that reads like raw concrete but feels warm and finished to the touch, wrapped cleanly around the top, sides and base for an unbroken, monolithic silhouette. Set within that pale shell, four black oak-finish doors run the full width, their vertical grain adding depth against the cooler tone of the frame. Each door swings open on a rounded matte black knob, revealing space to organise dinnerware, linens or living-room media essentials out of sight. A plinth base in the same dark oak finish lifts the piece slightly off the floor, grounding the design while keeping its profile low and horizontal. Measuring 200cm across, it has the presence to anchor a dining wall or living space without overwhelming it, and the two-tone finish keeps it feeling current rather than trend-bound. Sturdy construction and a considered fit between materials make it a piece meant to earn its place in daily use, not just to look good standing still.
