Lacquered Aluminium Decorative Vase – Black & Gold

Some pieces whisper, this one winks. Cast in lacquered aluminium and finished in a deep matte Black, this vase rises in a clean cylindrical column before breaking into a wide-mouthed neck ready for stems or dried branches. Scattered across its surface is a repeating pattern of sculpted Gold lips, raised and hand-finished for a tactile, almost mischievous texture that catches the light differently from every angle. The contrast between the flat black body and the warm metallic detailing gives it real sculptural presence, more art object than simple container. At thirty centimetres tall, it holds its own on a console, sideboard or entryway table without overwhelming the space. Left empty it reads as a striking ornament in its own right; filled with a single stem or a loose gathering of branches, it becomes the centrepiece of the room. Playful, unexpected and confidently individual, it is exactly the kind of detail that gets noticed.
