Skating Astronaut Ceramic Deco Figurine – Black & Gold

There is nothing shy about this astronaut. Cast in dolomite ceramic and finished in a deep, high-gloss black, the figure leans into its skateboard with arms flung wide, frozen in a moment of pure motion. The rounded helmet catches the eye first, its polished gold-tone visor and antennae flashing against all that lacquered black, gold-rimmed wheels echoing the same metallic accent below. Every curve of the sculpt is smooth and glossy, built to hold light and draw the eye across a room. It stands on its own without any fixing or assembly, ready to land straight onto a console table, bookshelf or floating ledge. Playful in concept yet polished in execution, it is the kind of small object that turns a plain surface into a talking point – a nod to a childhood love of space and speed, rendered with a very grown-up finish. One figurine, endlessly good company on a shelf that needed a little more attitude.
